1. Who we are

This is the official website of Milano del Toro, a performer, musician and educator based in Melbourne, Australia. For any privacy question or request, email milanvoices@hotmail.com.

2. What information we handle

• Contact, booking and lesson forms: your name, email, phone (optional), the details of your event or lesson enquiry and your message. The website does not store this information: the form only prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
• Browsing: like any website, the hosting server keeps technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page and browser) for security purposes.
• Your privacy choice: saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us.

3. How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry about live music, lessons, acting, voiceover or collaborations, and to keep the website secure. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't build profiles and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Cookies and third-party content

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts and images are served from this website.

• YouTube (Google): videos use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you click to watch. If you choose “Essential only”, we ask again before loading. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Facebook, Instagram and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies, which apply once you visit them.

5. Who we share it with

Messages you send are kept by the email provider Milano uses. If an event, lesson or project goes ahead, some details may be shared with the people or venues involved, always with your knowledge and only as needed.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the length of that arrangement and any legal or tax obligations. Enquiries that don't lead to an agreement are deleted within 12 months.

7. Children

Lesson enquiries for students under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.

8. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Email milanvoices@hotmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Security and changes

The website is served over HTTPS and stores no form data in any database. This policy may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
